At Hirschmann Health, we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our policies to help you stay committed to your care, achieve your health goals and maintain the integrity of our scheduling system.
Refund Policy
We have a strict non-refund policy for any session/appointment attended.
We have a strict non-refund policy for any consultations, sessions or plans purchased with a promotional discount.
Care Packages:
You may request a refund for any remaining sessions not attended at any stage. Refunds will include deductions for the value of any exercise plans/tuition content given (£100) and any sessions already attended, which will be charged at the standard PAYG rates. Any remaining surplus, minus transaction fees, will then be refunded.
PAYG Treatments:
Unused PAYG treatments, subject to our cancellation policies, can be refunded, minus transaction fees.
Memberships:
No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or partial months if you cancel mid-cycle.
Cancellations cannot be backdated, and payments already taken will not be refunded.
Unused Sessions and Rollover Policy:
Unbooked Sessions: You can accumulate a maximum of two sessions at any time (one from the current month and one rolled over from the previous month). If you don't use both sessions by the end of the second month, any further unused sessions will be forfeited.
Example: If you miss your October session, it will roll over to November. If you don't use either session by the end of November, the October session will be forfeited.
This ensures you have flexibility, but unused sessions beyond the two-month limit cannot be carried forward.
If Hirschmann Health is unable to offer services due to unforeseen circumstances, credits will be issued for unused sessions.
Missed or Cancelled Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the loss of that month’s session.
If Hirschmann Health cancels an appointment, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
The Unused value of upgrades if any, subject to our cancellation policies, can be refunded Minus Transaction fees.

Non-Attendance Fees
If you have unused PAYG credit and do not attend sessions for a 2-month period:
Your account will be charged the equivalent of one session every two weeks (£55)
Treatments) until you attend or your credit runs out.
This is to encourage you to keep active in your treatment plan and reach your goals.
If you have agreed on a specific time gap with your specialist for genuine reasons, this will not apply until the agreed time has ended.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy
If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand, 100% of the appointment value will automatically be deducted. This applies to late and missed appointments.
By giving enough notice, you won’t miss out, and someone else can benefit from the slot.
For genuine illness or bereavement, official documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note or death certificate) is required. Without this, the appointment will be charged in full.
Appointment Reminders:
We understand that life can get in the way, which is why we have a reminder system in place to help you avoid missing your appointments.
Missed Appointments:
If using a voucher, once booked, these cannot be changed, altered, or refunded.
If the first initial consultation/appointment is missed, the second will be made null and void.
If you are late by more than 5 minutes, we cannot fulfill care appropriately, and your session will need to be rebooked under our missed appointment terms. If a gap is available to fit you in, we will do our best, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Online Appointments:
It is your responsibility to ensure your internet and equipment are ready. If the appointment cannot proceed due to technical issues, it will be charged in full as a missed appointment.
Insurance Appointments:
If you use insurance to cover your care, we require a refundable deposit (equal to 1 PAYG session). This deposit is charged in full if you miss an appointment under our cancellation policy. Missed appointment charges are not reimbursed by insurers. To continue care, another deposit will need to be provided.
These policies are in place to ensure we can deliver high-quality care efficiently while respecting the time and needs of all our patients.
By booking an appointment, you are giving your consent to treatment and accept any associated risk. You are confirming you understand and are agreeing to the above terms of our cancellation, Refund and Non-Attendance Policies.
